This process enables a user to add a Delegate to their account. Once an Out of Office is set, all new invoices requiring approval will be auto forwarded to the delegate until the Out of Office is turned off,

From the Home Screen, select the User Tab

to open the list of current delegates you have set up. If this is the first delegate you are adding, the list will look like this

Use the hyperlinked text (in blue) to access the
lookup
Find the person in the list you want to set up as a delegate, and click on their Username (also in blue) This will auto-fill the
box
Do not touch the other boxes EXCEPT
. Put an asterix in this box

Your nominated delegate will appear in the delegate list
You can set up more than one delegate using the above steps. If you have more than one delegate, you will need to fill in the
option for each person you add. This tells eBIS the priority the person is in your list. Simply add a number as you set up each person to show who you want eBIS to contact first, second, third etc when re-routing invoices. Their position in the list will then be shown in the table
If you need to change an existing entry, click on the person, and then click on
. Make the changes as required

Do not forget to add a level if you have more than one delegate in your list!
Removing a Delegate
To remove a delegate, go to the delegate list and click on the person you wish to remove
