Users are encouraged to use the self-help tools provided by Brighter Places where possible.
eBIS has an in-built help tool that can be accessed at any point by pressing any one of these help icons

By posting a question direct to the eBIS Teams Channel, you can get help from other users.
If you cannot resolve the issue using one of the above methods, please refer to the “Got an Issue” Poster available on the Teams channel. This will tell you where to direct your query to get the best response.
