Web360 & Orchard Live Connectivity Issues
Issue Overview:
Users may encounter connectivity issues when accessing Web360 or Orchard LIVE, often receiving a "Cannot get there" error message or "Remote resource cannot be reached". This is typically due to a disconnection from Twingate, which is required to access internal and web applications.
Web360 Error Example:

Resolution for Web360 Connectivity:
If Web360 is displaying a "Cannot get there" error but other websites are working, follow these steps to reconnect to Twingate:
Click the ^ (caret) icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen (near the system clock).
Locate the Twingate icon (see image below).

Right-click the Twingate icon and follow the appropriate step below:
Once Twingate is connected, reload Web360 or Orchard LIVE and it should now work.
Note: If the above Logout/Login method does not work, please restart your machine
Orchard LIVE Error Example:

Resolution for Orchard LIVE Connectivity:
The resolution steps for Orchard LIVE are identical to those for Web360.
Follow the same Twingate reconnection steps outlined above.
