Viewing Jobs Awaiting Authorisation
Sometimes when a job is raised, it can exceed the authorisation limit of the user raising the works order. When this happens, the job moves to a status of Awaiting Authorisation and requires another user with the appropriate authorisation level to authorise it before it is released.
Jobs sitting at the Awaiting Authorisation status are not always obvious. Follow the process below to identify and action these jobs;
- Click on Repairs Menu > Job Authorisation > Job Authorisation
- On the Jobs Awaiting Authorisation screen ensure the following values are selected;
- Department = BPL
- Awaiting = Issue
- Job/Variations = All
- Void Jobs = All Jobs
- Click on the Search button
This will give you a list of all jobs that are awaiting with the ability to view the job, authorise the job or cancel the job.
