Amending a Tenancy Start Date To Amend a Tenancy Start Date, follow the Web360 process below; Click on Tenancy | Change Tenancy Start Date Click on the Magnifying Glass to search for the Property where the tenancy resides Enter your search criteria for the property and click on the Search button Select the property from the list Click on the Search button Highlight the Void\Tenancy that you wish to change the start date of and click on the Change Start Date button Enter the New Start Date and click the Ok button
