Contractor Email Configuration
To stop Contractor Emails (i.e. Job Tickets) from being cc'd to the MaintenanceDept@brighterplaces.co.uk mail box;
- Log onto the MergeIT server (BP-AZU-MM1).
- Within the MergeIT Consul click on the Properties tab next to each instance (You can ignore the BPM instance).
- This will open the Merge Directory on the Appropriate Server. Locate and Open the CEM_Config.txt file.
- Scroll down until you find the Contractor Email Variables section, and then comment out the CEM-CCAddress line
Stopping Contractor Emails (i.e. Job Tickets) from being sent to a specific contractor;
- Log onto the MergeIT server (BP-AZU-MM1).
- Within the MergeIT Consul click on the Properties tab next to each instance (You can ignore the BPM instance).
- This will open the Merge Directory on the Appropriate Server. Locate and Open the CEM_ContractorLookup.txt file.
- For any contractors that you do not want to send Contractor Emails, enter their names in the list
TEST Environment: Suppressing Contractor Emails (i.e. Job Tickets) from being sent to all contractors;
- Log onto the Housing Test Server (BP-AZI-HT1)
- Navigate to D:\l\test\var\worddata\pc1-\merge
- There is a file called CEM_TestContractors.txt. Only contractors with an entry in this file will be sent Contractor Emails. You can also use this file to send the emails to an alternative emails address
